Topic : Think about your favorite animal. Before you begin to write, think of words that tell how it looks, sounds, feels, and smells. Then write a paragraph that describes your favorite animals. Write a main-idea sentence that tells what it is. Add detail sentences. Use colorful words to make a word picture.
　
　　　　　　My favorite animal is the elephant because it has a long nose so it can lift heavy things. I think this is cool! This animal lives in jungle but some elephants work in circus. These elephants are trained to do many tricks.
　
　Elephants make no sound. It has a long nose, big ears, big feet, and many weights. It feels rough when we touch the skin. Animals like Tiger lion even can’t kill the elephants because elephants are bigger than any other animals.
　
　Also elephants use nose as their hands. Nose can hold water and spread water too. There is no home for the elephants. So they move around with family everyday. This is my favorite animal!
